St. Columba Catholic Church

Over 50 Volunteers join in Saturday May 27th to help make the 1^st Annual St Columba Parish Clean up a great success.  Parishioners joined Father Gallagher and Father Marco in cleaning up around the church grounds.  The happy group of volunteers where greeted with great weather after attending the 9:00 Saturday morning mass to receive some spiritual motivation.  The group handled the many tasks listed out by Father Gallagher who prepared for them ahead of time.  After the successful completion of their duties the group was treated to a BBQ lunch of Chicken, Hotdogs and potato salad served in O’Hara Hall.  Father Marco said the blessing in English & Spanish which re-enforced the success of the day as a Parish wide effort which was supported by St. Columba Hispanic Ministry as well.
