Prayer is a strong and powerful way to be in contact with God who tells us to ask him for help, to lay down our burdens on Him for strength, etc.

We respect the privacy of those who need help. Our prayer chain is confidential and members of the prayer chain area asked not to share informaiton they receive through prayer requests.
 
Those who pray may do so in any way they wish: attending daily mass, adoration, scripture reading, rosay, journaling, writing a note, etc. It just should be something outside of our weekly obligation.

The purpose of the prayer chain is to unite our prayers with those of others for someone who needs prayers because of some special intention.
